Asian American Comic Con 2009

It’s been MONTHS since I’ve made a post. I’ve been sick for some time. Now that I’m back in good form, it’s time for some content goodies.

I went to the first annual Asian American Comic Con 2009 on Saturday, July 11th. The event was held at the NEW Museum of Chinese in America on Centre Street in NYC. It was a small, but cozy event.

Keith Chow is one of the authors/artists for the book, “SECRET IDENTITIES: THE ASIAN AMERICAN ANTHOLOGY”. Hear what he has to say about the maiden voyage of this event.

The con featured well-known and up-and-coming artists from the Asian American realm. Comic titans Sean Chen and Bernard Chang duke it out in a Super Art Fight.
